Rodger’s original designs were cut in lino before being printed by J. McGavigan of Kirkintilloch as screenprints in editions of 100 the following year. The set consists of 12 court cards depicting important figures in Scottish history, and two jokers: John Knox and Adam Smith.
The set features in the collections of the National Galleries of Scotland and the V&A, London. This is the first time the full set of screenprints has been exhibited since the 1980s.
This set consists of 14 unframed screenprints. Please enquire for framing options.
